This Class A, “signature building” at the intersection of 2nd Ave and Pike St features three floors of retail, with a covered open-air terrace—a destination experience that will be visible from the street. The upper floors include a mix of office and residential, each with landscaped terraces and a roof deck. At the center of the entry lobby, a jewel-box garden, open to the elements many stories above, illuminates the space with a tranquil glow and hosts a Japanese maple tree and a massive moss-speckled boulder.
