Denny Hall was the first building constructed on the University of Washington Campus. The project aims to revitalize the building's connection to the Denny Yard, as well as improve accessibility and create new seating. It is also critical in this project to maintain Memorial Way Boulevard as a North-South axis, and to maintain the character of 17th Avenue Northeast.
