Site Workshop led a thorough renovation of one of Seattle's oldest neighborhood parks. As a community-based project, funds were raised through a Department of Neighborhoods large-project grant, corporate and nonprofit donations, private contributions, and volunteer hours. From the outset, the project set out to preserve the best assets of the park, while opening the park up to the surrounding neighborhood.
