In the top one percent of US buildings for energy performance, the building is a design-build effort that fused programmatic, functional and aesthetic goals. The atrium water feature is an example of how Site Workshop engaged the design team to weave both the building's story and the owner's values into the landscape, while highlighting the capture and re-use of stormwater.
