LEED Gold
The 77,000-sf, LEED-Gold Undergraduate Education Building includes new landscape spaces that create seating and gathering areas at a prominent campus gateway. This project also incorporates sustainable strategies in place-making through a visually relevant green roof, plant selection, and stormwater re-use. The landscape surrounding the new building helps weave the new building into the existing campus fabric and creates a variety of engaging and functional spaces.
