Yardhouse is a 35-unit residential development located at 14th & Republican in Seattle's thriving Capitol Hill neighborhood. The residential units are organized around a central courtyard space with gathering areas and a firepit. A unique 'front porch' space is located on the podium, along the property line, encouraging interaction with the streetscape. The roof view terrace allows for 360 degree views.
